Welcome to
South Wales Classic Car Club Web Site. The club
was formed 26 years ago and in that time has grown into
a very active club, thanks mainly to the efforts of our
previous Chairman, John James.
We promote the use
and care of ‘Cars of Yesteryear’ and
our members enjoy owning a large and diverse range of different
makes and models. Some have been lovingly restored to concourse
condition, others are in everyday use and one or two are
currently undergoing restoration.
The SWCCC is a medium
sized club with about 100 members most
of which live in the South Wales area, but we have a few
members further afield such as Ireland and Germany.
We are based in Bridgend
and meet on the first Monday of every month
at 'The Hunters Lodge' Brackla -
Our magazine editors
produce an excellent and informative (Colour) Bi-Monthly
magazine 'The Dragon Wheel' which is sent
to all of our members. There are technical articles, contacts,
small ads, event reports and much more.

Car Hire For Weddings, then unfortunatly this site is not
for you......... no such services are offered by this club.
The site exists purely to promote the usage of Classic Vehicles,
attracting potential new members and as a service to existing
members.
We are very
proud of our association with a number of charities.
The SWCCC is a none profit making organisation and we do
not ourselves benefit from charitable status. However, the
greatest proportion of income from the Annual Pencoed Show
is donated mainly to three charities. It could be said that
they all recognise the difficulties associated with disabled
youngsters and their carers.
