      MoT Exemption....April 2019
Whilst Not an event please read following
For  11 months now historic vehicles (over 40 years) have
not required an MoT test certificate, subject to conditions.
Some police forces have not caught up and have been
prosecuting motorists for no MoT  test certificate.
The FBHVC has issued a letter which all members should carry
with them to prevent any mis-understanding .
I have copied this letter if anyone wants a copy please contact me
This does NOT exempt anyone from having an unroadworthy
vehicle , and it is still subject to Construction and Use Regs
i.e. tyres, lights, structure, etc, etc  so keep it legal out there

SHOWS                                                                                       remember Remember   The car's the star
